Our Mission

Rustdoctor™ was established in 2004 to accommodate the reoccurring need for rust removal, specifically around salt water and other harsh environments. Our focus is to eliminate the excessive man-hours spent sandblasting rust away, or using toxic chemicals that pose a threat to the safety of workers and the community alike. Rustdoctor™ strives to discover superior methods of rust removal and prevention in the ongoing battle of corrosion control.

The Company

Rustdoctor™ is a division of Tidewater Industrial Fasteners Corp., commonly known as "TIF". Founded in 1962, T.I.F. is a stocking distributor of more than 25,000 different types and sizes of fasteners. Located in Norfolk, VA, we operate as a "Small Business" as well as being "Woman-Owned and Operated". TIF serves retail and corporate, as well as government customers.
